FREE HELP WITH TPS APPLICATIONS

 To help the Haitians community Palm Beach County Social Worker Ruth Ambroise has teamed up with Life Empowerment Coach and author Dr. Judi Cinéas to help complete as many free applications as they can. The two have partnered wit the Toussaint L’Ouverture High School for Arts and Social Justice in Palm Beach County and Redemption Baptist Church in Broward County, where they will gather friends and colleagues who have agreed to participate in this effort.
Broward Dates:
January 30, and February 6, 2010.
Time: Saturdays from 10am – 4pm

Please bring as many qualifying documents with you to the appointments.

1.      Proof of Identity and Nationality (current or expired)

     a.  Passport

     b.  Birth certificate

     c.  Other documents from Haiti

2.      Proof of DOE (Date of Entry) into the United States (current or expired)

a.      Passport

b.      I-94 Arrival/Departure Record

c.      Other documents from the United States (current or expired)

                           i.  Birth certificates of U.S. born children

                           ii.  Social security card

                           iii. Vehicle registrations

                           iv. Employment records/taxes

                           v. Rent receipts/utility bills

                           vi. School records

                           vii. Hospital/medical records

                           viii. Church membership

3.      Two (2) passport pictures

4.      Application Fee – Money order only

a.  $50.00 – Less than 14 years old

b.  $470.00 – Between 14 and 65 years old

c.  $130.00 – older than 65 years old
