A look at the
past and into
the future
As we enter the
20th anniversary
year of the
Redemption
Baptist Church,
we want to
reflect on all
the blessings
bestowed upon us
by the Lord
Jesus Christ
throughout the
past years. The
occasion is
cause for us to
reflect on the
expanded role of
the church in
our community.
The impact of
that ministry in
the lives of the
people that
choose RBC as
their
home-church is
much greater
than the
duration of its
existence. Our
role has grown
considerably
over the years.
We have seen
more people come
to the knowledge
and deeper
relationship
with Christ. God
has made it
possible for
that community
to remain
steadfast and
united thus far.
We have been
exempt from the
strife and
division that
are destroying
the churches. In
this its 20th
anniversary, RBC
as a collective
must do an
inward stretch
and an outward
reach to defend
our spiritual
gains and
strengthen our
hearts for the
future. But it
is only in the
renewed efforts
and energy of
the collective
membership and
our leadership
that we will
find both the
passion and the
courage to
continue.
As we close this
chapter of our
history and look
towards the
future, we will
continue our
efforts to reach
the lost and
edify the
saints.
We want to take
this opportunity
to thank first
God and secondly
those who have
contributed and
will continue to
contribute their
God’s given
talents and
skills to
expanding the
mission of RBC
in the diaspora
and throughout
our beloved
Haiti.
It is with great
excitement that
we invite you to
help us
celebrate that
20th
anniversary. As
an integral part
of our
celebration, we
are inviting you
to join us for a
week of revival
and praise,
starting on July
11th through the
16th, each night
at 7:00 PM. The
celebration will
be on Sunday
18th, at 11:00
AM. We will
conclude our
celebration
Sunday night
with a service
of total praise
and adoration.
The Rev. Dr. J.
Abède Alexandre
of Boston will
be the messenger
for the entire
week.
Happy
anniversary to
all the members
and friends of
Redemption
Baptist Church!
Please, come and
celebrate with
us!
