| A thankful heart enjoys the blessing twice – when it receives the blessing and when it remembers the blessing. In everything give thanks because thanksgiving positively counteracts and challenges the damaging and destructive emotions in the stressful lives we live. Happy Thanksgiving! I give you a special invitation to our Thanksgiving week. We will begin on November 15th through the 20th. The celebration will be held on Sunday the 22nd at 11:00 AM. This Year, Rev. Jean-Marc Desire from Haiti will be our guest-speaker.

The Redemption Baptist Church of Pompano Beach, Florida has reached another milestone in peace and harmony. In the month of July, we are going to celebrate the 19th anniversary of our existence in the South Florida area. We can certainly use the word of Samuel, the mighty prophet of God of the Old Testament: EBEN-EZER which means “Thus far the Lord has helped us.”
We are inviting you to join with us for a week of revival and praise, starting on July 12 through the 17, each night at 7:00 PM.
The Rev. Pastor Dieudonné Raymond of Boston will be our guest speaker for the entire week. God has a special blessing in reserve for you this week.

Haiti

| The May 17th program will be a fund raising concert to help real widows and elderly in dire need in Haiti. The Bible says in 1Timothy 5:3 we should “Give proper recognition to those widows who are really in need”. We have witnessed elderly Christian, missionaries who can no longer provide for themselves; spending sleepless nights on benches on the church court; many can barely find food to eat, not mentioning health care.
The group VERMASE meaning “VERdoyant MAlgre la SEcheress” has already acquired land to build a pavilion for those widows and elderly in the church who have no one to care for them. The Redemption Young Adult Choir wants to give this opportunity to you and contribute to such a noble cause. As the Bible says “ It pleases God”....
